Table d'hôtes (dinner)
(having dinner at our château)
We can offer our guests a restaurant service if wished (4 days a week). Here in Burgundy the tradition is to dine on long wooden tresle table by candle light. The menu prices include wine and other drinks (within reason).
It depends on the wether and season where dinner is served, inside or outside. The advantage of jointly eating on long communal tables is that it gives our guests the possibility to meet each other in a cosy, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Being in a rural area, naturally where possible we use by preference local products in the kitchen, most dinners consist of four courses. Should our guests have special requests or dietary requirements, we always try to do our best to adapt our cooking so as to meet these requests.
